Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order! If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of purchase.
Returns must meet the following requirements (hey, everybody has rules, right?)
- Refunds are for the purchase price of the item(s) less shipping.
- Return shipping is paid by the purchaser, unless there is an error on the part of Twoborn™.
- Products must be returned to us in their original condition and original packaging complete with all tags.
- PERSONALIZED ITEMS are special order items and are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
- Gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- A return authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Please email us at email@example.com for an RA# and further return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1 week of receipt.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We will replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item due to size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and exchange instructions will be provided to you.
- If the item being returned was a gift, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit coupon code will be emailed to you.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
