Shipping Q & A

When will my order ship?
On the double!  Get it? All orders for in-stock items are shipped out within 1-2 business days. Special order items, such as personalized products, typically ship out within 5-7 business days.

Which shipping carrier do you use? 
All orders are proudly shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

When should I expect to receive my order?
After your order is processed and shipped, the expected delivery within the Continental United States is:

First-Class delivery:  1-5 business days
Priority delivery:   1-3 business days
Express delivery:  1 business day (based on time of day order is placed)

Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We currently ship worldwide, however, shipping services may not be available in every area.

How long does shipping take to an international location? 
Good question. With USPS Priority International Shipping, delivery can take anywhere from 5 - 10 days to some areas. Delays can often occur in customs and, unfortunately, are out of our control.

What could cause the processing/shipping of my order to be delayed? 
Things move quickly at Twoborn™ but shipping delays could be caused as a result of credit card/billing problems, incorrect shipping addresses, or order changes made after the order has been placed. Twoborn™ is not responsible for these delays. Reshipments of orders returned to Twoborn™ due to an incorrect shipping address may be reshipped at the customer's cost. Standard shipping fees apply.

Can my shipping be expedited?
Yes! Simply choose the option for Express Shipping at checkout. Shipping calculations are based on weight and shipping location.

My tracking number says my order was delivered but I did not get it.
Hhmm. That is rare, however, things happen.  The tracking of packages marked as "delivered" via USPS typically shows where the package was left, i.e., doorstep,  porch,  garage, etc. Twoborn™ does not have the ability to track down "delivered" packages.  We suggest contacting your local US Post Office with your tracking number for them to check the geotag of the delivery scan so they can escalate an investigation on your behalf. Regretfully, once the package leaves our fulfillment center, Twoborn™  no longer has any control over it.
